Facilitation of Dialogues/Forums

Acknowledging that participants may share their traumas, offer the opportunity to share from many diverse vantage points and lived experiences and remain inclusive of all of it. The forum is designed as an open forum. This is very different from a training or workshop where the goal is to actively and explicitly teach or train. The goal is to have participants show up and share where they are at this moment. This is a facilitated discussion and my role is the facilitator as opposed to a trainer. My goals are to guide the discussion and share with participants, not to convince or train.

For Board of Directors, Executive Leadership and Staff

Individual Therapy/Clinical Supervision

For those individuals who would like individual therapy I am also available to provide one-on-one sessions. I have learned through my work that the individual sessions are valuable for those who want or need a deeper level of personal engagement.

Facilitation of Open Space

Open Space is a technique for running meetings where the participants create and manage the agenda themselves. Sessions can be for between five to 2000 plus people (providing you have a big enough venue). This method is ideal if you want participants to gain ownership of an issue and come up with solutions.

Specific Departmental Work

Collaborate with the leaders of the organization with the goal of sustaining trauma informed DEI work across the organization.  I have found that each department has its own culture so my work is engaging with the departmental culture to create charred meaning that is department and organization specific.

Executive Coaching

My work is grounded in relationship building. Coaching for me is just that, building a relationship with an organization leader in alignment with the goals and values of the organization. Herein lies the work that bridges the intersection of the personal with the professional in the space of vulnerability, intentionality, mindfulness and accountability.

Training and Workshops

In alignment with the needs of the organization, I use my group work skills to train and work with executive leadership and staff on specific learning. My training and workshops include but are not limited to; Interdepartmental Community Building, Implicit Bias, Whiteness, Trauma-informed practice from a DEI lens, Allyship, Inclusive Leadership and Radical Self Care.

Organic Work

Working with leaders and organizations to meet them where they are at. Many times needs and challenges unfold during our work together. Remaining open, flexible and accessible are key to the success of this journey.

For Film Consultation

Independent consultation services for creative works such as films. My role has been as a script reader as well as training production teams on trauma informed filming from a social justice lens.
